Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!

Read our simple Returns and Exchanges Policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!

  • All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
  • Please note that shipping on the Return or Exchange is FREE. The original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Priority Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. FREE returns and exchanges are valid when FedEx Ground Home Delivery or Standard Shipping is selected. Twelve Saturdays will refund up to $15.00 is shipping charges on returns (equivalent to a 2-day shipping charge).
  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, except in cases where that item is no longer available.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition
  • Final sale items

The following items are returnable for store credit only:

  • Returns received more than 30 days after the original order shipment date 

How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at to receive your prepaid return label.
  2. Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, just let us know, we'll work with you. On the front of your invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging and fill out the Return or Exchange column:
  • Specify if you are returning or exchanging under Return Type.
  • If you are exchanging, indicate the new size under Exchange Size.
  • Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.

FREE Domestic Returns & Exchanges via FedEx Ground Home Delivery or USPS Standard Shipping

Please note that shipping on the Return or Exchange is FREE. The original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

  1. Print your free, prepaid return label that we email to you. Did we mention it was FREE?
  2. Affix the label to your package, and make sure there are no other shipping labels on it. Jot down the tracking number on the label so you can keep track of the delivery status.
  3. Send it on its way! You can return your package through the US Postal Service or FedEx.
  • Take your package to a US Post Office or collection box. You can find USPS Locations here.
  • Give your package to a US Postal carrier.
  • Leave your package in your residential mailbox.
  • Take your package to a FedEx store. This is often the fastest method. You can find FedEx Locations here.
